Age Limit and Eligibility

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (the same for each method). Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number from which the deposit was made. Partial withdrawals are permitted, but the balance cannot be brought below the minimum limit.

4.3 Transaction Rejection

fb999 reserves the right to suspend or reject any deposit or withdrawal request if fraud, manipulation or a breach of these terms is suspected. Account activity may be restricted while an investigation is ongoing.

Bonuses and Promotions

fb999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own applicable terms, which are detailed on the promotions page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and withdrawing the bonus requires ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagering.

5.2 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Bonuses may only be used on your own account
• After receiving a bonus, withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirement has been met
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless a specific promotion states otherwise
• fb999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of bonus abuse is found

Betting Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

6.3 Cancellation Policy

If an event is cancelled, suspended or changed — for example, a cricket match abandoned due to rain — the stake on the relevant bet will be refunded or voided. The final decision rests with fb999.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on fb999. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Attempting to obtain bonuses through manipulation or fraudulent means
• Operating multiple accounts at the same time
• Using third-party payment methods
• Placing bets using software bots or automated methods
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error
• Attempting to use fb999 for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
• Attempting to access other members' accounts without authorisation
• Spreading viruses or malware with the intent to damage fb999's systems

Account Closure and Suspension

fb999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these terms
• Suspicion of fraud or deception
• Failure to complete identity verification or submission of incomplete information
• Extended period of inactivity
• Self-exclusion or account closure at the user's own request

Users will be notified as far as possible before an account is closed. However, action may be taken without prior notice in cases of serious violations. Users may also contact the support team at any time to close their own account.
